Where an impedance survey cannot read the roof, including many metal systems, the inspection and the cores still lead the written recommendation.

What changes on your number.

Know what's wet before you price it. The scan, the map, the cores, and the inspection come first, so the number matches the roof and the details are on the takeoff.
The customer stays yours. We are not a contractor. On a job you bring us, we do not contact your customer unless you ask. An owner who contacts us directly is a separate inquiry.
A written recommendation. Repair, coat, or replace, from the survey and the inspection. Takeoffs and submittals so the estimator can get the bid out.
When an owner calls us first, we introduce a contractor to build the work. That introduction is separate from a job you brought us.

We specialize in coatings, backed by 30+ years across commercial roof systems. We help select the system the record supports: coatings and restoration, single-ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), modified bitumen, built-up, metal, or spray foam. We do not manufacture or sell every system.

Rexcel Coatings is our materials partner when you order coatings through us, and the manufacturer ships to the site. Extra installation crews are optional and work under your direction.
